By uploading your Submitted Item to Litographs and completing your order, you understand and agree that you are:

• Giving explicit permission to Litographs, solely for purposes of providing the service you are ordering(i.e. printing the content of your Submitted Item on selected Litographs merchandise), to use your Submitted Item without compensation of any kind to you or any third party.
• Confirming that:
  • (a) you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to grant permission to litogrpahs to use the submitted item, and
  • (b) use of your submitted item by litographs will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe any copyright, trade secret, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract or other rights of any third party
• Agreeing unequivocally to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Litographs, its officers, directors, agents, suppliers, and licensors from any and all damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from any claim by a third party that your Submitted Item infringes or violates such third party’s rights or interests. Litographs reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
